Yup. They stayed after clearing codes and KAM. From what little I can tell from the internets, it may take a few drive cycles to clear the 'permanent' codes.

Lesson learned - don't turn on your truck with the ECU disconnected..

Flash the stock file, start the truck and go for a quick drive for about 15 minutes then flash the tune again.

I think the Livernois YouTube channel indicates the errors will eventually go away

Just an update to close the loop - the 'permanent' errors have since cleared after a few drive cycles. Everything scans clear now.
