Does anyone know of someone in the Atlanta area or within a few hours drive that can do the install? I’m really interested in doing this but I don’t have the skill the do all the wiring. Happy to pay someone accordingly!

I’m not sure how far you are willing to travel but I am 7 hours from you.

Update to my install, as of today completed and all programming done and all warning lights gone. This after 360 camera calibration along with lane keeping assist completed.

I gambled and opted for a used 2022 F150 IPMA ML3T-14G647-FBA off of eBay for $152. Thanks to @Tlusk7 for all his information and videos the whole ordeal ended up very well. I used the Forscan guidance he posted and then turned off the aux bed camera as I did my install without installing one.

All in I did the job for $1300 and planning to sell my existing mirrors to drop that down a little.
For mine I rebuilt my mirrors with a couple broken 360 mirrors. It is possible to do it you just need to get the different caps and paint them to match your truck. The trickiest part is replacing the internal wiring harness and I am not sure it is possible to order it as the power fold part is sold as a unit.

That's a lot of work right there, I was able to sell my non camera mirrors to recoup some of the cost.

Agreed, not sure I would do it again, lol, but at the time it saved quite a bit of money.

I got a Powerboost XLT, how much in material cost to add 360 degree camera? It’s a huge regret that I didn’t get it in the first place. Thanks!

More then the cost to get from factory.. Need a pair of mirrors, new module and front camera.

I spent $1700 for cameras, IPMA, and active cruise and wires. Some comments are in this doc.

I ended up reselling the cargo cam since I bought a cover for truck and I sold my old mirrors, my old computer and my old harness so you can get asome of htis money back.

You don't have to add the cargo camera. Depending on the configuration of the truck the wiring may not be there. It does not use coax like the other cameras. Refer to the write up from @Tlusk7.

You don't have a powerboost by chance do ya, cuz that'd be an interesting combo....
I too have an electric beater

I see some of your previous posts that your Mach e has APA, mine doesn't although I think all of the hardware is there. Trying to decide if I want to take that on as the next project while I wait for the seat bladders for my 150. I did add the hands free liftgate capability back in. My wife love it.

Yes I am aware of that you dont need the cargo cam. I got mine right before it went on part shortage and resold it for more then I paid.

Sorry, should have phrased it better. I also bought the cargo cam earlier, it was more for others going down this process.

Hey @Tlusk7 & @Jesse-Infotainment , I am having trouble finding IPMA part: ML3Z-14G647-J

Instead, I am getting either ML3T-14G647-FS or ML3T-14G647-NA both have the same pins for teh 360 camera.

Can you please confirm if these will work on 2023 501, or does it need to be ML3Z-14G647-J only?

I am trying to collect parts and this is my first question, am sure more to follow ?

Just asking for the same above-asked query, as far as IPMA has the connecter for the 360 camera we can pick any IPMA part number? If O am buying this used do I simply upload my as built and then the changes?

My recommendation as I have put in my documentation is to message Jesse directly and purchase an IPMA from him. He will make sure you get the right one, PMI it, and load the as builts needed based on your VIN. He will test it on his bench and verify it works properly. I had multiple issues and he was super helpful during the process even sent another IPMA to try and it ended up being that I ordered the wrong front cam.

If you want to go the route of finding a used one you will need to ask him or someone that has done that. You are taking a gamble, and then you will still need to change the as builts correctly. Some people have messaged me after buying IPMA’s and couldn’t PMI them and had to send them off to Jesse anyways.
