How should I level my truck?

I have a 2018 Ford F-150 4x4 and the front is sitting at about 37.25" and the rear is sitting at 40.5"-40.75". It's about a 3.25"-3.5" difference. I was originally going to get a 2.5" puck level but the difference is a little bigger than I thought. I found a 3" puck level that would do the trick, but I feel like 3" is a lot for a puck level. I haven't seen any videos anywhere of anyone installing a puck level that big. Any tips or advice on how I should achieve this level or what I should go with? If I did the 3" puck level would I have to modify anything else on the suspension, or would I just simply install the puck and leave it at that?

Have you thought about lowering the rear end? I'm actually going to do this on my 2022 f150. I personally don't care for the jacked up trucks, (Not to discount any guys with lifted trucks) so I'm going to go the other way and I agree that the difference in "rake" is pretty substantial.

You may want to do the 2" level and remove the rear blocks. I believe most of the time they are about 1.25". YMMV though so measure yours before committing.

Thank you for the reply and the video! I will definitely check it out and consider lowering the rear end. I do like the height of my rear end I just wanted to bring the front end up to it and throw bigger tires on.

Anything over 2 inches on a puck is going to put stress on the ball joints. Or so I’ve heard.

2.5" puck you will be fine. Over 3" is when becomes an issue.

Lol, same here. I have Mammoth 2.5" pucks I bought before deciding to drop the rear. I'm trying to keep the stress off the ball joints etc. as well as keep the aerodynamics somewhat in tact.
Now I just have to sell the pucks. ?‍
