I noticed this today. Haven't noticed anything leaking on the ground but it does appear to be oily. Truck has about 10K miles on it.

If you recently had the oil changed it may just be residual oil from that. Try to trace it back to the source. If it looks like it came from the filter area then you should be fine. Give it a good cleaning and watch it to be sure. Of ot comes back in between oil changes or tracks back to another area then yeah, need to take it in to be fixed.

Thanks, I degreased everything and will wait and see. The area does look like it's potentially 'downstream" from the filter
