If you reach behind that section of seats you’ll find a latch with a little button on the side that you have to pull up to release the seat back. It’s tough to open. There is a kit available that adds a tether to it with a loop up top for simple release.

Here’s one, it can be found cheaper.

Don't know how many owners have noticed some dent/scuff marks left from releasing the seat belt buckle and it hitting the B pillar. I did on my 2018 and have started sticking these furniture foot pads to the area it hits. They come in a brown and black I believe it was. OCD I guess

Ford has started adding some felt material on that part of the buckle but mine was not always hitting that pad area.

These projector LEDs are awesome!
on page 131 of PDF manual it mentions (if equipped) Glare free lighting I had never heard of this before. I assume if it is part of the adaptive lighting of LED projectors. This is some crazy technology. I assume this is something I'll have on my Limited. Maybe it is not as fancy of technology as I think but just a bunch of trained monkeys up front pointing flashlights where they are suppose to.

Unless something has changed that technology is not available in the US. The NHSB has not approved it. It is available in Europe. My previous BMW was capable of the glare free, but was deprogrammed because of the laws in the US.. Shame they cannot pass this as it is a great feature.

The low beams are more focused and they move slightly the direction the steering wheel is turning, this is to better light up where you are turning to.

The Lariat 502a I test drove last week had glare-free on it, with the ability to manually disable it in the settings menu. I'm in Canada, so it might be a US online thing that causes it to be disabled. Hopefully it can be enabled soon, because your'e right when you say it's a great feature!

BMW's in canada also have their version of "Glare Free" with laser highbeams that allows it to change what it's illuminating.

When I look at my headlights it looks like there are 4 of them. Does anyone know what kind those are?

Top two are your driving lights, bottom 2 are your high beams.
I understand that but are they LED's or the projectors? Just curious. They are crazy bright compared to my old 2018 XLT.

They are LED Reflectors(Low & High Beam) which are way better than older Halogen headlights and I find better than some HID projector I had in the past. Lariat 502a and higher have LED Projectors which apparently, are even brighter.

Thank you for clearing that up. :)
