To be honest, I'd like total abolition of the door chime. Engine off or engine running is equally as annoying.Opening the door while the engine is running?

No, you cannot remove the headrest. They have speakers. You don't have to move the front seat forward. You do have to raise the bottom of the rear seat fully. Instructions hereI don’t know if this works but I figured it’s better to ask you guys. On trucks equipped with max recline seats
1. remove front head rests.
2. Slide front seat all the way forward towards the dashboard.
3. put down rear seat.
4. adjust front seat to the max recline position.
if all 4 above is done, i Am assuming that it will be one long bed to sleep on with feet stretched. Am I correct?
You can disable the 'Double Honk' using FORScan, was first thing I did on mine. I also changed my key fobs to require two pushes to set off the alarm vs one; enabled bambi mode (when pulling the turn signal stalk to turn high beams on it leaves the low beam & fog lights on); and global window up and down.Leaving the door cracked is the only thing I have found, short of leaving you key fob in the truck.
I did this and it worked, but then after receiving an OTA update last week, it seems it's back to the behavior of showing "My View" at *every* startup. :-( Anyone else see this regression?Go to your settings and create a profile. After I did that, seems no problems. At least for me.... Forget where it is exactly.... But you'll find it. It's at one of the main menu screens.
It should never come up unless you press center round button or turn it on at the screen. How about the screen for a seat massage. Thing comes up all the time while driving wanting me to have a seat massage. I cannot find a way to disable it.
I agree too. I guess this makes me " old school" but I like to have it next to the recliner with some mini Post-It notes to bookmark and a highlighter for important items. I would pay for a hard copy if it was reasonably priced.Yes on the paper manual. I don't feel like sitting in the truck like a dork sorting through it. I'd rather have it next to the recliner for the first couple of weeks.....
This is slightly off topic, but can you direct message me what you had to change to activate Global Windows control or direct me to the thread/comments relating to it? I've been following the FORScan threads here and elsewhere, as well as the spreadsheet but so far GW hasn't gotten a lot of attention that I've noticed....and global window up and down
The global window doesn't work yet. This is slightly off topic, but can you direct message me what you had to change to activate Global Windows control or direct me to the thread/comments relating to it? Thanks!
Here you go. 35$ in English or French!I agree too. I guess this makes me " old school" but I like to have it next to the recliner with some mini Post-It notes to bookmark and a highlighter for important items. I would pay for a hard copy if it was reasonably priced.
