Success!!!! Settings>General Settings, scroll to bottom and hit reset, factory reset. As Jessie said you lose your nav destinations, profile settings and ford pass. But not a big deal. Make sure you have your Factory door code for keypad reset. Thanks again for the fast help!

Just ran the speaker test Bandito posted. "Pressing the audio power button along with the tune down button ( <<| ) for a few seconds will start a speaker test". Ran it three times and made list as system tested speakers. Only registered 14 speakers during test.

Total PIA, not only can you not change folders, it will not play thru folders and no gapless playback. I told the service manager, so I can drive over 500 miles on a tank but have to listen to the same album over and over unless I stop to change folders.

I checked the F-150 Platinum I Purchased 5/1. Looks like the dealer or factory already cleaned it up and painted it. U Joint has some rust but not real bad. I would say they did a little better than a half ass job. would guess they took care of 85% of it.
