Headliner rattle with pano moonroof

Well you were right…..glue has failed almost the whole way down the driver side.

Idk if I can do a video since it’s fixed since I that loctite epoxy. These are the best before pictures I have. I can try to take a video if these aren’t enough.

I would 100% appreciate a video because mine has been at the dealer for two weeks and they keep saying, we can’t do anything about it. They even went as far to say it’s normal. Even went on drives with them but they refuse to admit it

I own a 2022 F-150 with a panoramic sunroof. Recently, the glue that holds the headliner in place started separating near the middle of the passenger side. I live in a cold area that experiences the polar vortex, but I still believe Ford should use a glue that can handle these low temperatures. Luckily, a dealership agreed to fix it under warranty. Since Ford can't force dealerships to perform repairs because they operate independently, I just found this out through Fords wonderful customer experience specialist, I'm really thankful this dealership did the work. I had approached other dealerships before, but they refused to deal with the issue. This experience made me realize that a warranty doesn't mean much if dealerships aren't required to honor it. I think that should be illegal.
