Has anybody updated a 2021 to BlueCruise 1.2 or higher?

My Platinum F-150 is in the shop for the 60,000 mile upgrade. I told my service person that I still get almost NO OTA updates, and I want them to figure out why AND I want my Blue Cruise updated to include lane change. (My wife's 2024 Lincoln Nautilus has it and it's outstanding.) Dealer has told me there are no updates to Blue Cruise. But I read all the time on this Board that hackers with a mongoose cable and an FDRS license have successfully updated Blue Cruise. What I need to know is: Has Anyone Updated Blue Cruise on a 2021 F-150 to at least the Lane Change Level. Thanks.

Yes, plenty of us have done it. The dealer cannot do it, though. If you can get them to update all the modules, then you can enable the BC 1.4 features yourself with FORScan. Ford has not given dealer the ability to do it yet.

Do you always keep your truck connected to WiFi?

I used to as well until I luckily had my truck disconnected for a day and started getting OTAs after more than a year of not getting them. Several on this forum have tried that with some pretty good luck.

If you have FORScan, pull up the module details for the IPMA. If the module strategy ends in anything other than ACJ or BBC, then you have BC 1.0.

It would be nice to access upgrades that were not available. But I am not doing my own foreskin scans. If someone with expertise was in the area I might call and investigate availability, then add it if available.
