Front pillar speaker pre wiring

How do I tell if my truck has factory wiring for speakers in the front pillars , left and right side of the windshield? I have a 2021 f-150 XLT Crew cab and have been thinking about upgrading my speakers. There is no writing on the speaker grills so I am pretty sure I just have the base stereo in there.

In the base system, the tweeter in the pillar and the door speaker are wired as 1 channel. This is the same arrangement the 14 and 18 channel rear door speakers use. 1 channel going to both speakers with an on-tweeter tweeter protection circuit.
