Front Parking Sensors

New F150 owner trying to figure out how the sensors work. Bought a 23 Lariat without 360 cam (might do the project to add)

Can’t figure out the front parking sensors, I’ve stood in front and they will not alert. Rear works fine.

I’ve got 502, rear cam, pro trailer, not sure what else would be applicable. Sensors show up (front and rear) in driving aids.

Appreciate any help or guidance.

The truck must be in Drive. Try pulling into a parking lot by a building or in your garage. My sensors alert front and side when I pull into the garage.

Hey Mwf, tried that - wife in the drivers seat and I stood in front - still alive thankfully but no sensor went off.
I tried putting my hand on the sensor this week but nothing.
Programming issue?

I believe they can be turned off in the settings.
Check if they're enabled.

I'm not 100% sure but I don't think my 2021 Lariet 502A has front parking sensors. I've never seen them in the set up menu and I can't find them in the package descriptions from 2021. I think the sensors in the front bumper are for the accident/ precollision alert and emergency braking system.

my my22 was ordered with front sensors but were deleted due to chip shortage. I did get a different IPMA but never did install it to add sensors.

If you have sensors they are obvious on the bumper, just like the rear ones.

Are the sensors wired up in front? Maybe they were part of a delete and are physically there but not connected?
