Forscan missing modules, 24 XL RCSB

I'm trying to add the trailer brake and haven't been able to pull the TRM or IPC modules. I've tried using the EX and MX, I've updated both to newest versions, I've loaded older versions, I've deleted saved profiles, I've installed/uninstalled Forscan half a dozen times, I've tried connecting with truck running and not running, and everything in-between. Not sure what else to try. What the heck am I missing??

Yeah it looks like you already tried everything I would normally suggest to someone whose adapter isn't finding the MS-CAN modules at all. Maybe try resetting the GWM in FORScan (wrench icon), then delete profile and try connecting again to see if that does anything. You might also message @rugedraw with your VIN - he works at a dealership and can have a look at your vehicle health report to see if there's any issues being reported with your truck.

At this point, I would try emailing FORScan support with your VIN to see if maybe they need to make an adjustment on their side? Send me the VIN and I'd by happy to poke around to see if I see anything helpful.

I'll reach out to Forscan and see if they have any idea. Thought it might just be that they haven't completely cracked the 24+ but other guys don't seem to be having any issues so not sure what the deal is. Going to try my wife's laptop and just see if that happens to be it, it's the only thing I haven't tried. Thanks again guys.

@rugedraw this reminds me of my issue when my GWM had some bad configuration and some modules on HS3 HS4 weren’t picked up. Similar issue maybe?

I don't think this is the same. Whatever is going on here, your issue was MUCH worse and could be pin-pointed to when the dealer tried to configure your GWM with FDRS.
