my truck is a 21 ecoboost. Was at the dealer for a whole bunch of fault messages coming in. Seems to me like they fixed that by replacing the front camera in the windshield and the wiring for it. BUT they couldn’t calibrate it. Said it was getting stuck at 80% and ford told them it’s because of my lift. Well I saw videos of how to change the wheel arch values and I did that. Started the procedure and driven on a hwy basically and it also gets stuck at 80/81 how long should I drive and also the windshield isn’t oem it’s aftermarket.

The lane keep assist is not done at highway speeds, IIRC. It is the CCM that is calibrated at high speed. The IPMA lane keep claibration is done while driving in a straight line on a road with well painted lane markings, but you cannot go over a certain speed.....I don't remember exactly what speed you are supposed to stay under.

It’s not unheard of for aftermarket windshields to cause camera problems. Not so much the clarity but the mount may be crooked enough to put the calibration out of range.
