I bet you purchased an ESP from them though? If so, there's a glitch on how Granger reports this sale and Ford. Nothing to worry about and you earn double the points.

Same here! Repeated attempts continue to fail, even after using the in-vehicle menu to view OLM hoping that might 'jog it loose' (no joy with that).

Strikes me as odd given the tire pressure and everything else on FordPass still works, the glitch is specific to OLM system only it seems.

Mine doesnt work either. Would't be suprised if ford removed it from the app. They tend to remove functioning things for no reason.

Todays Ford pass app (ios anyway) update fixes this oil life monitor. I can't believe there is still no fix for securi-alert though wtf.

my service history has nearly a 1k dollar service performed mid june of this year. I did not have any service then
dealer thinks its the date i took the 1k of free accessories and it has to show up somewhere? but it lists oil, elec, etc
