Fordpass App ProPower & Zone Lighting Issues

that is crazy they are going to discontinue even the monitoring. it would be nice to know what is going on with those options especially if you are running a cooler in the back with pro power and want to make sure the pro power doesn’t shut off. if they take away being able to use zone lighting also that will be ridiculous. we pay for these features then they take them away…not cool Ford. They should fix what is wrong since many of us bought the trucks because of this technology. so basically the ford pass app can’t do sh**. it’s just hey unlock or lock your car and maybe start it up. that to me is basically useless.

Agreed, zone lighting does not appear to be impacted by this, but I know a lot of folks really liked being able to control pro power from the app especially when they have a trailer.

I hope they can get my zone lighting to work…it still says “not connected”

I spoke to a FordPass support rep today who informed me that the Pro Power Onboard feature is being removed from the FordPass app. She couldn't tell me why, just said that I'll be able to monitor power consumption from the Sync screen inside the vehicle. She it has already been removed from the Android app and will soon be removed from the iOS app. In regards to the Zone Lighting, she couldn't figure out why it isn't working and had to escalate the case. Someone is supposed to call me back within 2 days. In the meantime, she recommended that I update my iPhone software from iOS 16.3.1 to 16.4.

That’s a bummer. Hopefully they at least get zone lighting working instead of removing that too.

FordPass support just called me back. Rep confirmed that Zone Lighting control within the app is not going away, but there is an issue in the current app version (4.25) that is preventing it from working. Ford expects to have it fixed in the next app update (version 4.26) and they couldn't tell me when it will be released.

Same here!!! On a good note, zone lighting, power on board info, trailer light check work

Ford told me it'll be fixed with 4.26 app upgrade.

Same here. Lighting seems to be fixed but my truck is plugged in but not charging. Lol.

Same here. Plus I get this additional bonus glitch about FordPass not responding. Cool thanks Ford!
