Ford procal 4 tuned issue

My truck 2023 f150 3.5 eco, tuned with the ford procal and went to use forscan and no connection (it wants the program code which i entered, still says contact forscan)

second issue was figuring i could return to stock but no such luck, procal says ecu read not write available.
Am I looking at frds and programming pcm back to oem?

If you're not making PCM changes, just feed it

Spaced what i was doing, actually wanted to disable active air dam (just ghost codes now) nothing on screen but have a tremor skid plate coming
