After razzin the 2021 guys on past occasions for feeling sorry for themselves and declaring themselves OTA orphans, I now find it ironic to be on the other side of the OTA buffet.

4.2.4 on May 4th.

Crickets since. ?

Oh well, I have to remind myself that I continue to have a perfectly well behaved fully dolled up Powerboost. Be grateful and know that if I really get impatient, I'm $50 away from doing something about it. ?

Wonder if having it parked in the metal barn is an LTE killer? I know my AT&T smartphone struggles in there in certain spots.

I also got 6.1.0 this evening. Can’t see anything different from 23-PU0724-DOM-RS which I received in Sept.

Seeing more of the 2022 get 6.2.0 on here, one guy got 6.3.0 on f150forum with a 2023 truck, but he might have used FDRS for that. I think they need to slow down on the numbers we are racing to 7.0.0 soon.

Nothing important being added or changing so I'm holding onto my $50 until the next IPC update that I'll have to CAN in.

Lol @Snakebitten parking your truck in Faraday cage isn't going to protect you're land yacht from the wrath of Ford's OTA system! Good or bad sooner or later it will get you. ;)

As a side note, Since getting 6.1.0 last week. The truck has religiously connected to Wifi through the mdm9650-tcu connection every time I park it near the house. And it stays connected for 5 to 25 minutes. It's never been this tenacious about Wifi. I wonder if Ford is finally considering using Wifi for delivery of updates. ?

Interesting.
Do you see it connected with the truck off?

@Snakebitten I got 4.2.4 first of June and nothing but 23-PUO724-DOM-RS in Sept and nothing else until today ? when I got 6.1! After struggling with what I thought was low battery issues, @rugedraw checked my vin number for me on Sunday and less than 48 hrs later I get updated! Coincidence maybe or maybe Ford is afraid of @rugedraw!

Hopefully you will get updated soon or you will have to trigger the power of @rugedraw!

Yes, actually the past few nights I've parked next to the house when I get home from work and within 15 to 20 minutes my router sends me a notification of connection. It then stays connected for 5 to 20 minutes and drops off. I'll get my laptop out later and check what it's actually doing.

You must have a real kick ass battery in that truck! No SOC problems for the OTA to install after being parked for a week,!

The OTA trigger was sent while he was away from the truck. As soon as the truck was started, that's what triggered the update to install while it was driving. Low SOC mostly affects updates that need to be installed while the vehicle is inhibited.

BTW: The only thing the OTA gods fear is a Mongoose cable. Lol

Gotcha, on that, I was under the impression that a low SOC condition could still cause an OTA to fail even during an engine running install.
