It's not that simple to explain. Did your truck get all the 4.x.x updates?
I'm not sure. I replaced my APIM and am trying to determine if the swap went right, bc having issues with GPS. This was the 1st update I got since the swap last week, and resetting ford pass.
Well, if you're getting updates, that's a good sign that the APIM swap went well. Your case may be more complicated than I or most can be of help with. You may want to message Jesse with your VIN and explain what's going on to see if he can point you in the right direction. With your VIN, I can check to see if the APIM was PMI'd after it installed, but I would not be able to tell you what's wrong with your nav.
I see no indication that your APIM was replaced. With that said, your OTA history is very extensive and clean. You did get the 4.x.x updates, which means you got the GWM updates that were due before 6.1.0. As far as OTA's go, your truck is fine.

Oh, you did a screen swap? I am not sure how that works from the point of view that I can see. Did you just swap screens, or did you swap the actual APIM out? Now that I notice, when I try to pull your Sync info, everything is blank. The fact that you got an OTA yesterday is a good sign. In your case, I don't think Jesse will be able to help you due to a conflict of interest with his employer.
Keep the engine running for about 15 minutes, before shutting down
