Unfortunately they dont seem to care. Ive even reached out to mike levine @mrlevine on twitter to the standard non response. So needless to say fords communication is below par that even the communication director for ford doesnt communicate.

I can confirm as well. This is from the Ford Tech in the chat. His second response is after I said "Ford should have a link for us to check up-to-date status.

I am really sorry about this, but when I tried to pull up your order, it is telling me "invalid search criteria"

About mid-day Monday, our access was revoked on checking non performance based vehicles.

We can now only check:

Raptor
Explorer ST
Edge ST
Shelby GT500
Mustang (All)

I cannot agree more, and I am sorry about us not being able to assist with this.
