Ford Pass Rewards - Pick up and Delivery

Has anyone been successful in redeeming the pick up and delivery rewards? I've contacted seven dealers and none participate. I'm silver level and shouldn't be sitting at the dealership ninety minutes for an oil exchange.

Dealer picked up and delivered my truck to fix my wiring harness issue (truck was still drivable, just no drive modes or 4x4.) They didn't offer it, but when I asked for a pickup it was no problem at all.

Initially they didn't have a loaner, but when one became available, they delivered that as well.

It was extremely convenient, even though the dealership is only a few miles away. Angela Krause Ford in Alpharetta, GA.

90 minutes...i waited just over 2 hrs yesterday getting oil, rotations and wash on my wifes edge

dealer was knee deep in vehicles to be serviced by oil change guys, there are 3 teams of them and they worked, but not really fast

saw an ad for them to come do the same event in my driveway, i may take that next

I had to make an appointment to get an oil change. Tried three different Ford dealers/Thursday with no luck.

I laughed a little when I first saw the pick up and delivery ad. I don't see this being an actual thing unless the dealerships hire people specifically for it and charge the customer for the service.

My wife has it with her Subaru. They drop off a car as they take hers. Then reverse the process. My dealer stopped offering the service a year ago.
