Old thread but still relevant as this is still an ongoing unresolved issue. Out of the blue about a month ago I just happened to check if I could set a schedule and the error did not show up and it actually allowed me to set one. The schedule worked great for about a week then there was an app update and it made me sign back in the app (which it hasnt had me do before after an update) and then sure enough the error is back and no way to set a schedule. Well I just happened to try out the widget by @tonesto7 and one night realized it showed my securialert was active even though my app wouldn't show, and sure enough my scheduled securialert still manages to activate and work during the schedule i set (when the vehicle decides to actually have connectivity that is as I frequently have no connectivity in my truck and cant remote start or anything). Each and every single dealer just says well I cant diagnose anything wrong so yea weird and leave it at that.
