Ford Pass not updating/working.

Thank you very much Grafx36510. You guys on here are awesome. I'm really learning a lot about my truck from you guys. ?

When I was having issues, this did not work for me. Not only was I not getting updates, but my truck was not showing up in the app, so I was in a bit of a catch 22....not getting the updates, and truck not connected to even get updates.

I was very hesitant pealing back all this sound deadening material on a brand new truck, to get to this TCU, but I went ahead and did it. Unplugged it overnight and it didn't help at all. And for this non mechanical guy, putting the material back in place wasn't that easy either.

The final fix for me was detaching the negative battery connector for a few hours. Reconnected, and all worked, and updates are happening again.

Adding one to thread.
Resetting TCU and Gateway via Forescan did not resolve. Had to unplug TCU for a few hours.
Question, how is everyone seeing what dates their truck was out of contact?
