Ford Pass App - Service History Editing

In checking my Ford Pass App Service History, there's a Dealer Service record that is listed that did not happen. Is there a way to edit myself (doesn't appear so) or do I have to contact that dealer?

I did buy the ESP through Granger on 9/15/2023.

The Service History in the Ford Pass App is dated 9/18/2023...which is the following Monday...so that makes sense, but the amount paid and "Service Performed" (Air Conditioning & Heating and Unknown) sure didn't make sense. I paid A LOT less than the amount they posted in the App.
