What really needs to be done at 100k? I’ll hit it within the next year or so

Already changed spark plugs around 65k. All the fluids to be flushed?

Any and all help appreciated!

Have you not changed any fluids in the first 100K miles?

Trans, differentials, transfer case, and brake fluids are all well overdue @ 100K miles.

I would do all fluids. Doesn’t matter how many miles. It also goes off of years.

While it gets used less often, I would still service it when I service the rear differential.

transmission service?
Should be doing that every ~40K miles or so, regardless of what Ford "recommends". Unless you don't mind putting a new transmission in.

I've got 84K miles on mine. Some of these have been done more one or more times over these miles, but over the last three weekends, here's what I've done:
  • Front rotors and pads replaced - Powerstop Z36 slotted/drilled + ceramic
  • Rear rotors and pads - Powerstop Z36 slotted/drilled + ceramic
  • Spark plugs replaced x8
  • Installed PPE aftermarket deep sump trans pan w/drain plug, new trans filter, new pan gasket, new ULV fluid.
  • Oil & filter change - Motorcraft 5W/30 full synth oil and Wix 57502XP filter
  • Installed PPE aftermarket rear differential cover w/drain plug + Valvoline 75W90 full synthetic gear oil.
  • Transfer case drain and fill - Valvoline Mercon LV full synthetic
All I have left to do is drain and fill the front differential. I'm waiting on a brake bleeder kit (that can be used for just about anything) to R&R the front diff oil (can't remove the front diff cover without taking apart half the front end) and will also R&R all brake fluid using the same kit.

Take care of your truck and it will take care of you. Don't wait until the bitter edges to do it, either.
