I was finally able to log on to Fords website. My service information and mileage is correct there.

OK, so the website is back up, from being down a few minutes ago.
It mirrors my FordPass App for service history, except it does not offer an opportunity to view the uploaded receipts I associated with all 3 oil changes.

The FordPass App does allow me to view them, although they are converted to pdf files from the original image file format that FordPass requires. Go figure.

I also noticed that my most recent reciept upload rendered as a blank pdf file. I was able to "edit" the record and upload the receipt image file a second time. I then checked and it now renders to the pdf format properly.

Ford is so unpolished at this point.
They manufacture vehicles well enough.
But they are not good at software elegance or consistency.

so I just checked on owner.ford.com. The miles on the two records are correct. BUT, there is a message
SERVICE HISTORY LIMITED VIEW
According to Ford records, you are not the owner of this vehicle. That’s why you are only seeing the services performed under the name registered with your FordPass® profile.
If you are the owner please contact Ford so that we may update our records. You will then be able to see the vehicle’s complete service history.

I think it's confusing because it works for some and not for others. Even on the same version.

Do you not have add record choice?

I had this error for a long time and had to have several chats with support to finally get myself added as the actual owner of the truck

Thx for the informative posts on FP. I normally do my own oil changer but my dealer provides them as part of the initial sale But I think they will only do them every 10k due to fords recommendations. I plan on doing them every 5k so I’ll have to add the ones I do.

same it's funny i tried clicking login on ford.ca and all i got was a blank page with no account info.

i had to reset my password to get into the ford.com one but it's working like a charm now. oddly enough it didnt boot me out of my fordpass app, so i'm just going to roll with it!

just spent a fair amount of time on the phone with Ford, same ownership issue for me. I wondered why a recall notice came addressed to my wife a few ago. Ford has now opened a case, and has escalated it. Seems there are two issues for me. Unfortunately they are interconnected which makes it more confusing.
1) ownership issue (I have a case number now)
2) FordPass app issue, they are getting lots of calls on it. I did just do an iOS update the other day. The Rep seemed to think that might be a contributor, but after resetting some iPhone settings, no change.

App is currently broken. I tried online as well and also broken.
Gives an "error try again later" message.

That's actually a snafu in the way Grainger Ford enters the sale of the Ford ESP Warranty. According to them, the entry into the Ford system is automatically field-mapping the description of the product alphabetically, from some database table. So all warranty sales are getting listed as Air Conditioning Service. And the retail price of the warranty is the rendered $ amount. In reality it was $1600 for 8 years 100,000 miles Premium coverage level. (near bumper/bumper as you can get)
$50 over Graingers cost and is offered to all members of this forum.

So yea, even something you would think is straight forward backoffice invoicing is a mess within Ford's customer front end.
