Do you not have add record choice?

I had this error for a long time and had to have several chats with support to finally get myself added as the actual owner of the truckso I just checked on owner.ford.com. The miles on the two records are correct. BUT, there is a message
SERVICE HISTORY LIMITED VIEW
According to Ford records, you are not the owner of this vehicle. That’s why you are only seeing the services performed under the name registered with your FordPass® profile.
If you are the owner please contact Ford so that we may update our records. You will then be able to see the vehicle’s complete service history.

That's actually a snafu in the way Grainger Ford enters the sale of the Ford ESP Warranty. According to them, the entry into the Ford system is automatically field-mapping the description of the product alphabetically, from some database table. So all warranty sales are getting listed as Air Conditioning Service. And the retail price of the warranty is the rendered $ amount. In reality it was $1600 for 8 years 100,000 miles Premium coverage level. (near bumper/bumper as you can get)3200 on a/c service WHOLLY cow

$50 over Graingers cost and is offered to all members of this forum.
So yea, even something you would think is straight forward backoffice invoicing is a mess within Ford's customer front end.
