Ford's A-Plan pricing, which is available to Ford employees and some of their family members, is generally about 4–5% below the dealer invoice price on most models, including the F-150 Lariat. This doesn’t include additional incentives or rebates, which can further reduce the final price.

What incentives were there?
Anything for the 2025s?
It was another car brand, not Ford. But had great incentives, then fell off April 1st. I assume more will be back soon.

Am I eligible for the employee price deal?

I asked my dealer the same question right before posting this.

I have an XL, RCSB, 4x4 on order. Scheduled build week of 4/28. I called my dealer yesterday to ask if this "employee discount" will be applied to my deal when delivered. He said that my OTD price is lower than the employee discount would be. My deal is $3905 under MSRP.
What do you think about this ??

2025, F-150, XL, 4x4, Antimatter blue, 103A pkg.

Build MSRP, $47,710
Unit cost, $43,111
Dealer fee, $699
OTD cost, $43,810
so, that's, $4,599 below MSRP. With the added dealer fee, $699. That's OTD savings of $3,900

Thoughts ??

I think you are close.
For my configuration (Lariat), the employee pricing is 9% below MSRP. Assuming it's the same or similar across the different trims, that would make your employee price to be around 42,940. It's an educated guess.
You could ask another dealer in the area to give you a quote based on the new Ford employee pricing, if you really want to know.

They still need to get the STX to about $45k for a 5.0 and 4x4.
Got an email with a code, for extra $2500 off and can be stacked on any other incentive offers.
This is where my head would be, too...

May I ask where you got the email from ? From Ford ?

I just put a deposit down for a 2025 king ranch by using the new employee discount. Here’s how I did it. I searched inventory and found a specific vehicle that I wanted. I called the dealer and told them I wanted the employee price deal now being offered. I asked them to send me a copy of the dealer invoice. They sent the invoice. For those of you unfamiliar a dealer invoice clearly lists all the pertinent information. This offer is A plan pricing with no negotiation. I could not get them to move of of the AA number (advertising association). They told me flat out… it’s A plan period . MSRP was $78,805 and the A plan price was $70,368. I’ll be happy to post the invoice AFTER this deal is completed and if that’s allowed on the site. I’ve been buying and trading cars for a long time . I consider myself as do dealers to be a real grinder. This was an incredibly good deal. The only way you’d ever do better than this price is on an odd duck / leftover, IMHO.

Sounds like you did very, very well, It's good hear !!

This is my deal, I have a scheduled build the week of 4/28

2025, F-150, XL, RCSB, 4x4, Antimatter blue, 103A pkg.

I would think that trucks on the lot / inventory would have a deeper discount than a custom order like I did.
