I got the same story from my dealer. They locked in Costco Auto Pricing, but all other incentives would not be given until the vehicle is actually ready for delivery. Fritts Ford in Riverside BTW.
Same thing happened to me at the first dealership I went to, but then I spoke with Joseph Mistrih the fleet sales manager at Autonation Ford Torrance and he was able to do invoice pricing as well as lock in incentives/rebates from time of order (black friday). This came in handy because when I received my truck the rebates were only $1,000 ($500 F series+$500 military) compared to $3,000 ($2500 f series+$500 military).

Thanks Tizzzo. Good to know. I bet the incentives get worse as the year progresses. Since they can’t keep up now they probably don’t want to offer an even greater reason to buy. I bet next year they will try to recoup from the mess we are in now and have better deals.

Nice thread. Thanks
I'm in same boat. Truck should be on the lot Thursday for pickup Sat May 1st.
But current incentives here are good till Monday May 3rd so I should be ok.
1K with ford finance and 500 retail bonus shows on ford build site.
Local Ford site incentives by zip code says 1k retail so 2K total cash back or something.
Some say have to buy from dealer stock. Not sure if this applies.
Local commercials on TV say 4K total but thats with 2k trade in assist also. Im not trading in.
Plus all the first responder etc. I don't get. I think these are all gone now?
My dealer said I get the incentives available when I buy.
Plus I have X-Plan pricing so they were supposed to lock the option for Jan incentives, but said they couldn't/wouldn't do it then but gave me xplan price.
SO I will re run the X-Plan pricing with current incentives and print and bring it in with me.
I'll also text my sales guy and confirm I get the 2K or not maybe later today.
We shall see what I can get. I'm guessing incentives will be worse after May 3.
But they vary by region. I'm in San Diego.
Will update if I learn more or after I close the deal.
Good luck to all.
Plus there's the Ford points you earn with purchase and can use for accessories, which I will use for the NOCO GB40 jump starter...just in case... LOL

$500 F-Series Customer Cash (PGM #13938) + $500 Bonus Cash (PGM #13960) + $2,000 Trade-In Assistance Bonus Cash (PGM #30734) + $1,000 Ford Credit Bonus Cash (PGM #13958) which requires Ford Credit financing.
I would call Ford about your dealer stating that they wouldn't honor January incentives. I don't know the number, but I believe there's a direct number for questions about x-plan pricing. I am also doing x-plan pricing, and my dealer told me that my incentives from when I ordered my truck are honored; it sounded like a standard rather than a favor.

If you know your XPlan code, you can go to partnerrecognition.com and it will let you see who your contact is.

I called (800) 392-3673 and they didn’t know. This is the Ford credit number I found online. She told me to contact the dealer.

For the points I have no idea how to do it. Just saw it on forums, people getting mud flaps or Ford bed mat with points. So with the battery drain issues, even though its supposed to be solved, I already have the For Pass message to disable zone lighting, lol. So I'll disable it and try n get the jump starter, and not worry about it.
But yeh I saw it on app, I have no points yet. Will see Sat morning at dealer.
