Isn't it like something $175-200 just to roll the truck out now?
At least. If not more depending on what kind of Rv it is. Really pissed me off when I found this out. Been paying for the service for I do t know how many years now. Used for cars but wanted to be covered in case I was towing. Supposedly they changed it about 3 yrs ago. ??

here is a laugh

check you auto policy coverage that are GIVENS.:love: education is key,
and look at stackable coverages no reason to not take advantage of hidden benefits or combinations ( ford roadside, insurance carrier etc) there is overlap

my auto and rv policy insurance GIVES you free roadside, you know change a tire , fuel 5 gallons, lockout, jump start etc. its part of policy, you dont pay for it.
but they wont tow the BUS very far , and tire changing is going to cost you a dollar or to if you need a tire. I dont carry a OTR truck spare so a new tire on side of road is the answer. i have a removed tire from 2010 for long trips but its only a temp to get me to my destination and a new tire can be put on the rim.

last spring i added WHEEL and tire replacement, on the bus 400 dollars for 3 years , 2 tires a year. i figure its golden, one tire is min 600 bucks by itself and a 22" accuride polished alum wheel is waaayyyyy over 400 ?
at the rate people keep leaving crap on the highway its only a matter of time before i need it on the bus

Good Sam Roadside Assistance offers coverage options, some include retrieval of the tow rig and trailer to a safe location. I cancelled AAA because the policy also covers all your vehicles.

Well I’ve got AAA as our insurance carrier and so you have to have some sort of roadside but I’m going to drop mine to the minimum since I’ve got ford for roadside and the wife has a new Chevy so we are pretty well covered. Just sucks how they just keep taking away.
