Yes, it’s too old. The 2018 Expedition is a Sync3 CAN Vehicle just like a 2018 F150. Your truck is a Sync 4 CANFD vehicle. You need something from a 2022-2024 Expedition.

Awesome, thanks for the feedback! Do you (or anyone else) perchance know if the e-locker button works? I know the drive mode button doesn't... I'm not finding any with the blank button online currently that I can guarantee come from a 2022 vehicle - but plenty of the other 2!!

No, the button won’t work. The exact part number you are looking for is in the first post.

For a raptor you want to use the Bronco Sport shifter like the LightNing guys do.

Dumb question what infill did you use? Kind of expecting to print this a few times to play with the different models.

it doesn’t need much, most of the important parts are walls. I think I used 10 or 15%

Ah nice did 20% and doing it slowwwwww for quality. Interested to try this carbon texture plate at the portion that holds the shifter.
