So no pro power or tailgate release? I understand that pro power button is kind of silly as it can all be done in sync but the tailgate release is something that is weird to remove.

I doubt they’d remove Pro Power from a Raptor tbh; but my issue is why isn’t the physical button there? But you may be right, you can control pro power through the info screen—which is why probably why Ford removed it. Tailgate, if I’m going to guess that Ford deleted it because people don’t use it much and use it through your keyfob? Kinda dumb move IMO

Especially if they removed the tailgate button. That feature comes in handy more than you’d think…

Tell me about it, I use it more than I use the keyfob tbh. That or just push the button if I’m back there.

I think the OPs truck is not a PB so I’m not sure if that removes it or not. Did the 2kW inverter come with a button before?

If it’s removed off a non-PB, I’m 100% gonna take my bet and say it’s removed across all the trims as well. They won’t make an exception for just one.

Ohh yeah the button is gone. You may be right originally; Ford’s mindset would be to just operate it through the infotainment screen.

Yeah only the 7.2kW has the generator mode. So the smaller 2kW doesn’t have the button. Didn’t realize that it wasn’t an included item for a platinum. Kind of crazy.

Least our '24 Raptors and the rest of the trims that have P/P still has the button for it to turn on Pro Power too (top row, 3rd button). They removed it for the '25 Raptor too. It's insanity lol.

Good looking truck! I snatched up my 2024 so I could still have the factory key pad. I'm not a fan of the new Auto S/S button but a least in a Raptor you can program the truck to your settings (including auto s/s) with the raptor mode button on the steering wheel.

Thanks for the pics! So wild there's no tailgate button to be found. Maybe by the dome light buttons ?

Think this is anything to be concerned with guys? Worth having the dealer note in case it becomes an issue later?

It’s not up by the dome light, just the power slider.
Not sure on the console mark. Knowing him he won’t really care about that, it will get dirty anyway.

Glad to see that! I was very sad to see it disappear from the description. Our truck is en-route to the dealer now.

The more I read about the new models and what they DO NOT have vs my ‘21 502A, the less I am inclined to purchase another truck.

One thing with the buttons above the main screen removed is now there is a nice dash space for for mods.

Maybe some third party will make a "plug in" button array that could be used for some lighting set up. 4wheelers that have a total light package now might be able to have the switches in the dash instead of an external switch panel.
