F150 King Ranch buy back

Im looking at a 21 king ranch that has been bought back (replaced hybrid battery and wiring, had water leaking in sun roof that has been replaced). I have no experience with that, should I run or is there legitimate value here? My initial inclination is to run but I can see how, if its really been fixed it can be a value. All input appreciated!

I mean, I'd run from a truck with a sunroof even if it didn't leak, but people want what they want.

I think I'd agree with your initial inclination as a gut reaction. I am curious though, is it for sale at the same dealer that did the work? Do they include any sort of warranty? If so it may indicate they are confident in the quality of their repairs. If I was a dealer and I had any doubts about the truck or it was deemed a "problem" vehicle I'd be looking to send it to auction or hoping to sell it far from my territory.

does it come with any extra warranty outside of the standard warranty? i mean, IF its not leaking and IF theyve fixed the issue, then it might be a bargain.
my personal choice would be to walk though unless there is an extra bumper to bumper warranty included.

Never had any issues with Honda & Acura's, so no.

If I could get a true ford extended warranty thrown in with the purchase, I'd consider it. If not, I'd run from it. Something to be said for value, but I'd let it be someone elses headache or success story and not feel bad at all about it.

If I had a KR, I know it would take me a lot of headaches to get down to a buy back situation. I/m guessing there might be more to the story.

Just get the price down to where you are comfortable and then get the ESP directly from Flood for ~2k yourself or just run away.
