@HammaMan looks like I’m missing the damn brackets to mount the damn skid plate and the RH valence piece. So if anyone has part numbers that would be great. I have a feeling ford accessories may be a total pain to deal with for missing parts

@HammaMan and To everyone here…lo and behold my order showed up after 4 days buttttt I think I’m missing freaking parts!!!
Both ends of the box was half or more open! I’m trying to see what part numbers I need for what I’m missing…
Looks like 2 black brackets and the RH Valence piece…anyone care to share the Part numbers!? I can reach out to ford accessories but not sure how much help they’ll be.
Also…it’s silver underneath

Id recommend you order another kit and when it comes take the pieces you need and then return one. I had the same problem and the only thing ford will do is create a return order.

Exactly. That's what I did and why I ended up buying three kits. It took me three kits worth of parts to get one kit without damage. I boxed both of the damaged kits up and Fedex picked them up from my house

So you hit the nail on the head...they want me return it. i have ordered 5 things from Ford Accessories and 4 of the orders have been utter fucking disasters!!! do they have a BBB so i can leave the absolute worst feedback?!

This is the second time ordering this damn kit...first time almost a month went by to have them up and cancel my order after i asked why i hadnt received it. This one shows up missing basically the most important pieces. I'm about to give up on this damn skid plate upgrade at this point. its not worth the headache anymore.

If those brackets werent f'ing $90 a piece i'd just buy them outright and be done...

If they actually packed the kit better it wouldn't be a problem, but nope they let the hardware bag and those heavy ass brackets slide around wreaking havoc.
I'm convinced Ford uses all of their bubble wrap on their tow hooks. Those things could be dropped from a plane and still arrive without any damage

I'm confused why no one orders with dealer pickup. ?‍
Gets delivered with all the other dealer parts and likely to arrive in better shape. If it doesn't they can deal with Ford getting parts that are not broken.

I came across a few threads on Facebook where they said they were stuck in limbo when they had their order shipped to the dealer and that it was a nightmare. That steered me away from that option

That wouldn't surprise me. I ordered my Raptor skid plate and it sat there with not even a phone call from dealer until I picked it up. Then parts I ordered with it were missing so I had to go back another day. Their computer system is not made for the internet age apparently. ?

We do have a Ford parts warehouse here locally so I'm curious if the skid plate kit would come from there. I haven't ordered because I keep missing out on all the big discount codes.

Been thinking about this for too long...
Just ordered the thing with a 20% off code. That puts it in line with all the third party reseller pricing like stage 3. I'll see how badly beat up it is on arrival. ?
