To be honest, I'm not sure if the wiring is there or not. I grab some wring diagrams for you so you know which connectors to look for and which pins to check for at the TCCM.
If you can get that, I’ll definitely check. I have a rare pop in the front driver side when turning near lock and hitting a bump and think I need to replace my driver cv axle. I’ve replaced the sway bar link and tightened everything to hell. I must’ve hurt it somehow when removing it.
the FP pair are the same price as the one replacement. It’s burning my ass I can’t upgrade. Also I was not thrilled to see the IWE was removed when my ‘21 had it.

My stock axles were clicking really badly in turns at 18K. The Tremor axles I installed had some minor clicking after a couple thousand miles.

FORScan page doesn’t seem to have anything for tccm. I wonder if it would work if I plug it in. I guess I will turn on the truck and see if these wires have power.

As of right now, my understanding is that the TCCM configuration can only be changed by running a PMI with FDRS. I believe there are 12 different TCCMs used for 2021-2023 F150s, some can control eIWES and others lack the physical hardware.

Plugging in the correct used TCCM may work without running a PMI, but there aren't enough people swapping these out for me to say that you definitely won't need to. If you get a new TCCM, you will need to run a PMI with FDRS.

If you send me your VIN, I can try to identify which TCCM would be correct for your application with eIWEs added. Just let me know if you swapped out to a different t-case or deleted your e-locker as that will change which TCCM you'd want.

Ok vin sent.

I just ran a fdrs update last weekend lol

if that’s what’s needed, I can get a cable again.

no voltage at the plug.

im trying to check the wires at the module and they don’t seem to lining up.

It looks like your stock TCCM is Part #: TM383 (NL3Z7E453A) (NL3A-7H417- CA) This is a TOD TCCM, no Hi-Lock, with e-locker, w/o eIWES for build dates 11/15/2021 - 12/08/2023

Your truck has a build date of 03/06/2022 so there is no 100% correct option, but Part #: TM379 (ML3Z7E453R) (ML3A-7H417-TA) should work for you. This is a TOD/Hi-Lock TOD TCCM, with e-locker, with eIWES for build dates 07/22/2021 - 11/15/2021 with a TOD or build dates from 07/22/2021 with a Hi-Lock

This TCCM is used in both normal TOD F150s and Hi-Lock TOD F150s, if you buy a used one and it is configured for the wrong transfer case, you will need to run a PMI using the VIN for a vehicle that had the configuration you want from the factory.

Are you missing wires at the TCCM or are the colors not lining up with the connector view I posted?

got it. Sounds like the hi-lock would make sense at this point then too. Lol

it looks like they’re all there

I think you would be the first person to Hi-Lock swap a PowerBoost. It might not be a fun learning curve, but it could also wind up being surprisingly simple after you get a shorter driveshaft made.

I thought it was a bolt in. I’ll pass on that one.

I guess I’d have to repin the connector for the new module if they don’t line up?

Everything should line up, but some trucks might have wires missing. It's hard to tell from your photo as I can't see all the wires, but nothing jumps out as being wrong from what I can see. If you have all 15 wires on the black connector for the TCCM, you're probably fine.

Thanks again for all the help on this. I’m going to map out this project, not sure I’ll have anything thought through in time for this ford accessories 25% off. Seems like the hubs are the killer on cost, but besides that should be good to go.

also, I don’t see any used controllers so will likely order a new one and pmi it. Do you enter the “donor” truck vin at the beginning of fdrs then just plug into my truck and itll reference that donor vin?

Lastly, do you have any opinion on aftermarket hubs vs ford?

Yes you would use the donor truck's VIN, download the PMI, and start to run the PMI before plugging the J2534 into your truck.

I would stick with Ford hubs, but SKF, Timken, BCA, and NTN are usually good options. The strongest option would probably be to stick with your current axles that are splined directly into the hubs, vs the sloppy eIWEs.
