Noticed this morning that I have an exhaust leak underneath my truck (see video). Is this an urgent fix? No big deal? Your thoughts appreciated.

Have any pics of the offending areas ? Could be weep holes too.

Just the weep holes doing what they're supposed to do so the exhaust doesn't rust out and to minimize tailpipe spitting. Doesn't hurt to inspect them to verify they didn't get carried away.

Hey guys, brand new to the 2024 F150 Powerboost world, only had it for a month. I've looked at the forums and have a question related to the seeping exhaust. I'm seeing the "weep" holes from the two components upstream of the muffler (maybe resonator, and Cat?) and it looks like they are both supposed to be there, and thats what the forums say. The 3rd spot I'm seeing seeping from is right on the front of the muffler where the hanger attaches, I'm pretty sure this small leak is NOT supposed to be there. Please advise, thanks! Here is a video showing the 3 spots from front to back, this is from a cold start idle this morning in Utah, about 20 deg F.

Hi Adam! I can look into your F-150's concern on my end. To get started, could you please send a private message over with the name/location of your local Ford dealer and your F-150’s VIN?

My 5.0 leaks from about the same location. Albeit, not as much fluid. If I remember, I'll take a picture tomorrow.

Hi there. This exhaust leak concern doesn’t sound like something we want you to experience with your F-150. Should you further assistance, please send us a DM with your VIN and the name and location of your Ford dealer and I'd be happy to look into how I can assist you on my end. To send a direct message, just click on our username and select "Send Direct Message".

This was the pavement after about 5-10 mins of remote start. It comes out of the back of the resonator and the front of the muffler.

Interesting. Yea i've just never seen a muffler designed to seep exhaust before at the front of it right where the hangar is, I guess thats a thing these days. I'm just going to roll with it at this point, seems like a weird spot to have exhaust condensation drip out from. My 2012 WRX with SS exhaust never leaked once, anywhere in 13 years!
