My pic above is in my 24 Lariat with the B&O and it works perfectly. The key is you have to close the top of the seat the way you took it down. If the lower is up you have to close the top portion in the up position due to the sliding latch. I found the manufacturers video last night and they showed that exact scenario. Thanks!
