Curious thing and random as I’ve driven 2 21s, a 22 and a 23. All 4x4 with only one 21 being a non locker.
My work truck being the 23 I notice I have to turn the knob counter clockwise to get to sport mode and with my personal 21 it’s clockwise to get there. Now the 21 is an FX4 but it thought that was weird.
My son has the other 21 so today I’m going to ask him which way he turns his to get to sport. The 22 is gone and I can’t remember that one.

Counterclockwise for my '22 too. I wish there was a button on the steering wheel that would put it in Sport mode with just one touch instead of the dial since I use it every time I drive.

I checked my sons 21 and it's CCW too. It's weird that mines different but the CW rotation is more intuitive I think so I'm not messing with it lol. Sometimes you want to see it go the other way...

Mine is CW 3 notches, eco, tow, sport. CCW are the 4x modes (FX4)

CW for sport.

One time I wanted to go from sport back to normal but I turned too much and it went into one of the modes (I think it was sand mode)with 4x4. I had no idea until I heard a loud bang when I turned and then I checked the gauge cluster and I was in 4x4. I felt like my transfer case was raped.

(non-FX4, rock crawl added with FORScan) I'm CCW for sport, CW for 4WD modes. I'm betting it's more of a trim level / IPC thing; do any IPCs that are 12" go CW for sport?

BTW @HammaMan, how much extra did you pay for the extra 5 bits to get a 307a???

I built my own package :cool:
Ford don't know how to offer options so I just did my own thing and built a 307a
