It fits. Nice and snug. Actually I tried out the fit with my FILs GMC Sierra first (same length based on specs). I have about 18" to spare
To be fair I actually have about 27ft of depth in the single bay, but this is in the 2 car bay that I normally park in. Kid sleeps above the single bay garage so didn't want to be waking him up at 530 in the morning.

Is it a two-car garage? If so, sounds like you can fit it in on the opposite side of the water heater. I'll have to swap parking spots with my wife when my truck gets here.

If I leave the front bumper 6" from the door, there is enough room to open the tailgate and still have plenty of room to walk past the tailgate., and to load and unload the box.

Did you have any issues with height that you had to work through? Are you running stocks on everything (i.e., suspension, wheel and tires)?

It does fit with room to spare, but so did they last F150 and the 01 F250 7.3l before that, so no surprise. It’s likely gonna hail this afternoon too, but not on this truck. I really loved that 7.3l but 375k miles was enough for me. Time to let someone else have the pleasure of that one.

To be clear, I'm referring to the homes that builders make in mass, and then sell. Here in Orlando, builder build a lot of these HOA communities. I get your point, and that would be for folks that buy land then get someone to build the house to their liking. Maybe one day I'll be able to do that, but I gotta live in the cookie cutter I'm blessed to have.

I built a detached 3 car garage in 2016. 10 ft ceiling and 10x9 doors. My house has a conventional attached 2 car garage with 10x7 doors. My truck fits in the house garage...but not much room to spare.

I got mine to fit! OEM suspension - 22x10 Fuel Mavericks - 24 offset. I would've done a more positive offset but my last leveled f150 came REALLY close to hitting the garage door opener bar so I just left it alone.

Waiting on a nice painted flare WITHOUT rivets to hit the market.

It fits, just barely '21 FX4 crew. I have to back it in because there is a curb at the back of the garage that the beds needs to hang over. I pull the parking break so the doesn't roll forward.

I also had to get a short antenna so it wouldn't catch on the garage door.
