Did a quick Dragy video 5.0 with Livernois tune

hijacking thread a little. But anyone try to change their tune with Livernois or return to stock. Of course I try it 10 mins after they close for day. But I can’t seem to get it to work. It says can not find stock read, when trying to change tune it writes the engine parameters then says needs key cycle so I follow instructions and disconnect negative clamp (21+) to reset the device and it starts over. I used this process to install the performance tune originally and it worked. Now it’s not. Anyone else experience this? If so any solution?

Sorry to necro, but did you find a solution to this? It happened to be yesterday when i tried to go back to stock. ive switched back and forth 100 times so im a little confused. I haven't had an OTA update in months, so I know it's not that. I submitted a ticket to livernois but haven't heard back from them.

If you have one of the first round of tuners from them, you will have to call to get them to add a "stock" file onto it to return to stock. Instead of choosing return to stock, you will choose performance program and pick the stock file. They were able to get it added while I was on the phone.

Is that something that changed? I was one of the original pre-orders, but I've also swapped back to stock like a dozen times at least without any issues before now.

Not sure if it is something that changed or not. When I called about the issue, the guy looked at the firmware version of my tuner and said it was a known problem they had with the earlier units. My firmware started with a 1 and he said the newer units were on 2.

I'll give them a call then. They haven't been quick to respond to my ticket.

Yep Anthony fixed it in 10 seconds for me. Sounds like there was a firmware update that will cause earlier MyCalibrator units to do this.

Glad they were able to get you going. I've experienced the same thing with them. Putting in a ticket you might not ever get a response, but calling and they will get you going pretty quick.
