My O/2 sensor went out, they told me I had appointment for 10:30 took it in and they never even looked at till the next day..I’m glad it hasn’t happened again for you. I’m going to call tomorrow morning to see if they want me to bring it in immediately too. I hope this issue doesn’t happen again for us. Did they tell you what caused it?
They cleared the error and sent me on my way and now I'm waiting on the part to come in.
Not very impressed with Ford Service Dept.
