My truck has been sitting at the final railyard since 7/25.

This is 8.9 miles from the dealer.

Not sure how this is on Ford. They pay to have vehicles shipped. It is on the shipping company at this point.

I mean if I order something on-line and the delivery is lost or delayed, I am on the phone with UPS/FedEx, whoever. Not who I purchased from.

If I want to hire someone to go pick it up, I would have to arrange that with carrier, not Ford.

Yeah that's a tough scenario there since Ford isn't technically in custody of the vehicle anymore. Mine is just sitting at Dearborn for 72 days, built and ready to drive. Really should just have the dealer go there, sign for it, and drive it to their lot

I am still waiting. Ordered in October 2021. Still sitting on Ramp 59 waiting shipment for months. Just emailed execs. First truck died in 3 weeks. Second truck is 9 months into the process. Losing faith...

"Open a case" is terminology I haven't heard yet. There's just got to be someone there running around like Richard Dreyfuss in the China Syndrome trying to warn people that they have a massive problem...but nobody listens to him ?
