That's like mine as well, been sitting for a week. Mine is using United Roads and I called them just to see any info. Customer service said lack of drivers. Have had two deliveries of vehicles since mine got off the train this week. Maybe next week.

Same. Sold my truck based on a delivery date provided by Ford’s marketing department. I’m so frustrated with @Ford Motor Company I don’t even know what to do. I’ll be lucky to have MY 2022 truck before MY 2023 trucks start scheduling, or worse.

It is very possible that this is the last Ford product that I’ll ever own. Sadly, Ford could care less. Their idea of customer service is a joke. It’s utterly lost.

When I email Ford Corporate, they only call to tell me not to email, aren’t empathetic to situation - they could care less. They provide no information, no recourse. Nothing.

Meanwhile my friends that have ordered Jeeps, Rams, Silverado’s, and Sierras well after I ordered my F150 have all received their trucks without a hitch. Truly makes you wonder. Sorry to complain and rant so much, but not much else to do.

I just look at the current window sticker MSRP vs what I was able to order it for and know that the wait is well worth the savings.

I just look at the current window sticker MSRP vs what I was able to order it for and know that the wait is well worth the savings.
This is all well and good. I’d be more understanding if ALL trucks were delayed. I’m seeing stock orders built after mine that are similarly configured to mine showing up within two months of manufacture on dealer lots.

Meanwhile my built vehicle is sitting exposed to the elements for six months.

That shit just isn’t cool.

I got a call back on Monday From Tarita and she did not have any info but said she was going to find out and get back to me. I left her a message yesterday and she has not called back. Thanks again Ford for nothing.
Mitch, I wrote several emails & spoke to the same lady multiple times over about 3 weeks. She never returned my calls in a timely manner. I got the impression that she only ever called me because she was told to as a result of yet another email. About 3 weeks in, we had A very contentious conversation whereby she made it very clear that she was tired of talking to me. I told her that I was going to be calling & writing continuously until my ruck shipped. She told me that she was going to see what she could do to make that happen. She then called me back 1 1/2 later & told me that my truck would ship that day. It did! I really don’t know if it was anything that she did or if it was just coincidental. Good LUCK!

I got the same BS for about 3 weeks. The standard Ford party line. I kept emailing back detailing my experience with Ford. Eventually the lady I was talking to about lost it. I was always polite, but would say things like I will be emailing everyday and calling multiple times everyday, until you tell me why my truck has not shipped or get it shipped. She would say there was nothing she could do. Finally, she said she was going to find someone who could help. My advice is to be persistently polite.

My lightning got scheduled for production this morning AND my order that was built in January was shipped. All within hours of each other. What a day.
Shipping sucks ass to, been at Ramp 58 for a week now. Finally shipped and went 3 f'in miles

How are you guys getting such detailed information on the whereabouts/progress of your truck AFTER it ships? i.e. “Ramp 59”, “went 3 miles today”, “stuck in Chattanooga”, etc

????

I checked maps to see how far Melvindale was from Dearborn. Chat tells me the location. They also confirmed today that my truck will be delivered tomorrow! I'm outside of the Philly area, my truck is still at a railyard in Michigan!
