I had it at the dealer, they even went so far as a full software reboot. SInce the raptor doesnt come with power running boards there may have been a difference with the plugs under the seat, everything else worked though.
The 'thousands' of harness combinations is something that's being simplified in the trucks right now for MY24. You could have pulled the harness off your original seat and swapped them without issue to rectify the issue FWIW (not difficult to do, raise up seat all the way if you choose this).

Check the raptor's seat, there's 2 connection points

I've got a lariat harness that doesn't have the needed wires and 2 platinum ones that do. The only thing required to swap harnesses is to remove the panel where the controls are. It's 2 screws and easier to remove than install. I've done it a dozen times now, the first 2 times was a pain to get the side cover back on. No cushion removal required. Carefully set them onto their back paying attention to the plastic trim that goes around the seat's feet.

Apply power and ground here to power the seat up out of the truck for movement controls

Appreciate it, but i prefer the look of the Platinum seats especially now that the bolstering has been improved. I didnt like the fabric inserts on the raptor seats either, just not my style.

Where abouts are those fasteners? Do you need to remove any pieces to get to it?

I messed with some fasteners near the glove box and fixed my dash noises. And as for the wind noise I adjusted the doors myself.

If you open the glove box they’re up along/under the trim that is above the top of it. Pop the glove box out and you can fiddle with the screws. I was able to kind of push on stuff to replicate the noise and adjust as needed on an experimental basis. Took a few tries to get it right. I build fighter jets for a living so troubleshooting comes natural. lol

Thanks to BIC pens, I finally found a way to resolve the intermittent but irritating rattle/squeak that I was experiencing on the dash of my 2022 F-150 King Ranch. I inserted a small piece of plastic from the end of a black pen cap under the trim, just above the media source button. The slight pressure between the trim and the dash panel was all it took to fix what had been an issue from day one. The pen cap worked perfectly as a plastic shim that immediately solved the issue. Just wanted to share in case others are having the same problem.

This is my kind of fix. Did you trim the top of the pen cap and inserted the small thin piece you can hook into paper etc? If I am seeing this correctly
