not sure if i can help but i swapped my front badge out. i had to remove the grill, the active shutters and the camera module from the badge. the camera only goes in one way b/c it bolts to the badge.

now...im not saying it'll need to be adjusted but when i reinstalled my front camera everything was good to go.

wonder if you can find one used on ebay?

i also think you can recalibrate it through FORscan as well.

worst case scenario, replace it yourself, really not too bad of a job and then pay ford to recalibrate. probably would i would do.

So the camera has been replaced @ $1100.00 total. The mechanics had to remove the Ranch Hand grill guard, which I could not do myself as it is too heavy for me, as well as the panel below the grill and the grill, which are covered in XPEL PPF. Mechanic was careful, no issues or tearing. The new camera part/kit cost was $315.00 of the total and seems much sharper in image than the 2021 camera. Could be my old eyes. Truck went into the shop at 1040 and I was called at 5PM that everything was back on but now required calibration. That was done the following morning and picked up the truck at 11am. For some reason the lane keeper feature now comes on when I use cruise and a warning popup asks me if I want it to stay on OK? I need to figure out how to turn lane keeping off period as I had done before because I am tired of pushing the button on the steering wheel when I use cruise. Other than that, the camera is doing what it is supposed to do.

Sounds like they might have updated your truck software too while it was in shop. Activation of lane centering with cruise was added in the update that is not available via OTA yet. No way to turn that off. Lane keeping is another setting you can turn off in driver assistance settings in center screen.
You can ask Rugedraw in the VIN lookup thread if you are curious if they did update your software.

That's nuts. The grille is a 15 minute removal process. To get at the camera or badge you simple remove 2 or 3 slats from each side of the slat thingy and it's a cake walk. Not sure how close the ranch hand guard sits to the front but it might have enough room to not need to be pulled. The limiting factor would be where the grille inserts under the headlight DRLs. Needs about 5" at the top.

W/ out the ranch hand in place I could do the entire process in 30 minutes.

This is where the distance is needed where the grille is tucked into the lights

Yep, swapped my grill about a month ago. Whole job from start to finish was about 45min and I hadn't done it before. I feel I could do it again in under 30.
