I have looked into this noise as much as possible on threads here and I can’t find anything to match exactly what mine is doing. It’s not the hybrid cold start TSB. Tranny has awful cold start noise mostly when cold, dose not have to be freezing. Shifts find and goes away when warm.
Not a loose shield or clamp. Already checked and had dealer look at at it but claimed they can’t get it to make the noise. Also, it has not been cold at all in VA.
The closest I could find is maybe it’s the aux pump priming or messing up when it’s cold from the auto off and start system for when you are stopped in traffic. I’ll attach pic of where the noise sounds like it’s coming from and a video of cold start and then a video of every start and sounds like something rattles. My truck is not manufactured (Dec 21) during the TSB for the loose bolt recently posted.
Truck is 22 tremor and noise started about 8k miles and has gotten worse. Appreciate any insight or help with figuring this out because looks like I will have to do the hunting instead of the dealer.
