Grinding noise from rear

I'm experiencing an ongoing issue with my 2022 Lariat, which has the Max Tow package and 43,000 miles. Initially, I thought a rock might be lodged somewhere, so during my service appointment I had them take a look and showed them this video. They couldn't identify any problems but adjusted the dust shield as a precaution. However, the issue persisted. On my second visit, I was informed that the wheel hub and bearing were faulty, and they also addressed a recall related to the axle. I've now had the truck back for about three days, but the problem has resurfaced. Has anyone encountered a similar issue or have any insights on what might be happening?

A friend of mine had the exact same issue. They replaced the gears and both axles.

Were you able to confirm the fix or where it is coming from?

I have a 21 5.0 and it just started making the same noise but not all the time.
