One thing about those who waited and may still be waiting for their 2022 PB. You will probably always have a low mileage "cream puff" for a 2022. Not to mention that to me it looks like 2022 was the sweet spot for PB especially if you have a Lariat 502A or higher. You have the least amount of deletes and all at a lower price point than less equipped 2023's. Also none (or less) of the first year edition issues. I picked up mine on 12/30/2022 and through Granger I ended up paying $60k for a truck with an MSRP of $73k.

Now as supply issues start to ease and the market gets fairly flooded again, things may return to what was previously "normal". Niceties and features will again be added back instead of taken away, but there will probably be a span of 4+ years where the 2022 was the MY to get.

Ive been thinking that at some point in the not so distant future they will raise an eyebrow when you say "I have a 2023" and I have that 2023 missing everything they could think to delete.
but truthfully. I really dig this truck. everything I am missing I have never had. I love my KR for being a truck first. will it affect re-sale/trade in? maybe. but I generally keep cars long enuf to where its irrelevant. although I am getting to the age where I could wear out and expire before the truck does!!!!

Sorry, didn't catch this until later in the morning. Was there a Carbonized Grey Lariat BAP sitting around?
There were a ton of trucks, but I became a little obsessed as soon as I saw mine and kinda blacked everything else out...

Definitely not the first time this has been said, but what an incredible experience with Granger! I'd recommend them no matter how far you have to travel!

OH man I like the BAP and rapid red. My first F150 was a 1999 flare side/step side. Maybe that will be my next color or carbonized grey. Safe travels and enjoy it!

I second that red bap looks sweet!!!! and my Granger experience has be stellar so far. One last thing to do. Pick it up. 2/23 feels like so far away.

Seems like the further along in the process I have gone the more excited I am becoming.

Meanwhile back at the Ford store...

My truck got the wiper motor recall taken care of today. Yea! But last night during the ride around, it was hot in that truck. I tried to turn down the heat, but my temperature control didn't work. Boo! That little problem is getting looked at tomorrow.

I forgot to add one thing. On our ride around, the sun was blazing on the passenger side. My wife is the practical one of us. She says, "why is it so hot?" I told her there was no tint on the windows. Now I have some sweet ceramic tint pre-approved!!

I knew I should have cleared the table. Dammit, the missed opportunity.

Meanwhile back at the dealership (part 2)

My climate control module is broken. The heat set on High on the driver's side and can't be turned down. High > 85F. I've left the BlueBoost with them to fix. The part is on order, but they can't tell me for certain when it will be in. I should just drive that puppy around with the windows down. This blows donkey D. I can't believe it. I asked it they would put the 2021 climate module (with the temp in the knob), they said no (that figures).

I think it’s entirely possible that these couple years of trucks with all sorts of deleted features become known as red headed stepchildren.

Let me know what you find out!
So I haven't had a chance to visit the dealership (waiting till 2k miles to do an oil change) but I received the OTA update yesterday for 3.5.2. I just checked my Ford Pass app and it is saying 3.5.4 is pending for me.

Have you gotten any prompted on yours?
