Just sent a 5 paragraph essay to all the execsI received a phone from the Ford Motor Company Executive Office. They received my email. Nice lady but I know more than she does. I reinforced the point of view we all have, why are our trucks sitting on a lot in chip hold when they have the parts we are missing? They have built 10s of thousands of F150s since my blend date with the same parts? She said they are concerned and will look into it and update me every Tuesday and Thursday. Count me skeptical. Everyone email them to at least express our collective displeasure with the Ford ordering experience.
