Camera Button Not Working

Curious to see if anyone else experienced this. Hoping there may be an easy solution before going the Service Center Route.

My Camera button does not work at all. I have 360 degree camera's and I can't activate them. When I push the camera button (when parked) nothing happens.

My back-up camera will come on, but it is very hazy, and it will not let me switch the view to any other camera than the tailgate view. I have tried seating all of the fuses in the under hood fuse box, but that didn't make a difference

Quick follow up to this in case anyone else has similar issues. I have been told from the service center that the wiring harness was damaged and they had to replace 2 separate harnesses.

Truck spent two weeks in the shop to get the 360 camera working (excluding the front camera) and waiting for the other harness to come in to fix the the front camera issues.

So the button was fine, everything else not so much.

As bad as it is having issues, be thankful they were able to diagnose and correct. It seems many issues still bewilder the dealers.
