I have a 2021 and it happens to me all the time.
I will be in heavy traffic, come to a top with my foot on the brake and the truck starts rolling forward. I quickly remove and reapply the brake with more force.
Similar instance for me, usually at a light on a downgrade, the more downgrade the more it happens and the need to push harder and harder. The feeling of the regen brakes disengaging is what i get

If the ICE kicks on while stopped it will lurch forward as well with the need to apply harder. I have got in the habit of when coming to a stop to gradually increase braking pressure until the light goes green to insure i dont move. As stated before the dealer I have gone to says thats normal behavior and to not worry about it. Going to a different Dealer next week with the support of Ford Corporate.

My dealer also tried to tell me it was normal.
This is exactly why I don't want to take my truck to the dealer for ANYTHING that might be electronics-related. It sucks that the warranties on these trucks are basically worthless, as the large majority of the dealers seem either unwilling to diagnose or unable to fix things.

I have a truck parked for 38 days. Broken axle. There are 9 other problems all electronic related. They have no idea how to fix it because the computer will not give them a code.

Now that I think of it. I recall one or maybe two instances where I was at a light and it felt like the driver behind me may have slightly bumper tapped me. Maybe a slight body shake, but don't think the tires moved. But when I looked in the mirror, a driver was clearly at least 6 feet back. Each time it confused me. I wasn't looking to see how fast their approach was and also not sure if the truck has some type of rear pre-collision anti whiplash function as no dash pop ups occurred. Not sure if this is similar to what any of you guys experienced.
Did you ever solve this - I have an issue that just started where when I stop in EV mode, about 2-3 seconds after stopping, I get a jerk/bump feeling and roll forward a few inches, like I got hit in the back by someone. Wondering if similar issue - if I put in sport mode I don't get this issue. Wondering if one of the recent software updates changed braking sets when in EV mode and causing an issue and hoping next software update will fix it. Can't find much on here about this issue, I created a new thread, but came across your post while researching.

I haven't had the issue since I posted my recollection above.

The lurch (feels like I just got rear ended) started happening 2 days ago. I just took my 2021 PB in for recalls and told the dealership about it. They could not replicate it in their parking lot or find any codes. I am rescheduling at another dealership.

I am in Indiana on flat roads in the summer when it started happening.

I've had this happen a few more times since I last posted about it. I noticed it happens more often during/after rain when the rotors are a little wet. I'm wondering if the auto-hold system is adaptive and uses just enough brake pressure to hold the truck, much like we would with our feet. If the holding pressure is inadequate in a certain situation, the truck loses grip, realizes it is moving, and quickly applies more pressure to hold itself. I'm not saying I agree with this methodology or that other cars don't have better systems, but it's possible this is just how the F150 system works. ?‍♂

I am scheduled out 1 month for the dealer transmission guy to look at it. I said I thought it was a brake issue, but he said it didn't matter. 1 month of whiplash. yea.

Did you recently get a software update - mine started 2-3 days ago as well. I got 2.8.2 on way home on Friday which activated blue cruise and that is when this started. I got 2.8.1, two days earlier and didn't have this so thinking if software related it came with 2.8.2. Then on Saturday or Sunday, I noticed it happened when driving. Today been driving in sport mode and haven't had it happen, turned back to normal, happened.

Yes, I just checked and have 2.8.2. I don't know when it updated. I am going to play around with the different drive setting tonight.

Thanks mate

Well on my way home, even in sport mode it happened 2 times. Once pretty hard, the next time it was much softer. It almost felt like the engine was trying to turn over but in gear for a split second. I put in tow mode after that as that seems to keep engine running more at stops. Only had 2 stops since doing that, so will monitor for next day or two. Hoping I get a software update again if that is issue, I know 2.8.3 is out. I notice when I drive it more, the updates roll out quicker than when it just sits in garage (I have it set for all days at 11pm to update).

I'm curious, check your ford pass messages and see if you have the message when it updated, or check in your update section on truck. I'm curious if the problem you have started after the 2.8.2 update as that is when mine started. There is a 2.8.3 update out. I wish they provided a full detail of what they changed on each revision versus saying "we made some updates here and there to keep your truck running at its best or something along this line".

2.8.2 added blue cruise if you had a job 1 truck with the feature.

just updated to 2.8.3 and still have issue. So far using tow mode keeps it from happening as engine doesn’t shut off. I think it’s related to ev mode and Something is still energized or will pulse in the drive train.

I cannot find when it was updated to 2.8.2. There is no further updates available, so I wait. It happened at every stop last night in normal, sport, and eco mode. I started immediately shifting into neutral when I stopped and it didn't happen again. This morning I drove in Tow mode and it never happened, but the truck never switched to elect either.
