I got the invite, and was going to do it, but I wasn't fond of the terms, and I was turning my truck in anyway, so I backed out. It was cool to get the invite though!

Same here. Terms scared me away.

Same. Not much in it for the participant other than a few months of free subscription in exchange for audio/video feedback; still even have to return the device after.

That being said, still appreciative of the opportunity, just not all that useful for my use-case.

From the install video on their website it is. I watched and deleted the email immediately after. No thanks.
